5 Plant-Based Malaysian Snacks
{Not all of these snacks derive from Malaysia, but they are common snacks available in Malaysia}
When I became vegan, I said goodbye to my favorite snack of all time: the Maggie Mee Assam Laksa Ramen. It was goodbye tangy and spicy-curry goodness.
After netball practices, theater rehearsals, and long days of school, I would reach into my pantry and grab the blue and yellow packet of ramen. During my Freshman year of college, I continued to find comfort in a hot bowl of Assam Laksa. Long-story-short, in the eyes of a vegan, the milk and crustaceans deemed my ramen polluted.

Although my taste buds won't tingle with the tang of Maggi's Assam Laksa. I have a list of five of my childhood snacks that do co-operate with my plant-based lifestyle:
1) Maggi Curry Noodles
(This is however manufactured in the same facility that handles crustaceans, fish, and milk)
